After a 34-7 loss to Ravenwood last Friday, the Eagles are officially done for the 2017 season, and close out with a 6-6 record, with losses coming from Oakland, Summit, Brentwood, CPA,and Ravenwood twice.

The Eagles beat Centennial, Franklin, Hillsboro, Memphis-East, Dickson County, and Smyrna on the year, and made it into the second round of the playoffs despite a rough regular season.

After going 29-1 through the past two seasons, and making two state championships, winning one, the 2017 year was a different feeling for the Eagles, somewhat disappointing to some, but was also kind of a good thing for others.

Players showed strength through adversity during tough losses, and countless injuries that where faced, yet continued to give all their effort no matter the circumstances.

After moving from classification 5A up to 6A, proved difficult, the Eagles braved the challenges and fought hard every week against fierce competition.

Eagle Football looks forward to the 2018 season with hard work in the off season, and to continue domination in Tennessee.
